Ye olde Neck 'n' Arms

It's good to finish something that's been lying around for a year, isn't it? This is the Turtleneck Shrug from Scarf Style. I used Cascade 220 -- the fruit of a yarn exchange with Nicole -- instead of the recommended Kid Classic, but I followed the pattern numbers, so it's a bit big. It will be supertoasty on a cold day, though, and I love that it will allow me to showcase a good T-shirt even in the winter. But even on a hot day with the sun in my eyes, it makes me want to do the Rachael:

A bonus of the Turtleneck Shrug is that when it is not being worn, it looks like a pair of crotchless knitted pants...
