Jia you!

My official deadline for handing in my complete draft is now Monday morning (my supervisor's choice, not mine). Three more full days to work on it. And I think to myself, "Jia you!"



This means, basically, "Go! Go!" The literal translation, which I love, is "Add oil!" As I am a thesis-writing machine, this is fitting. (Sure, my "oil" is beer, and sometimes chocolate chips, but if the words come out faster, that's all that counts, right?)
