I'm working on the first sleeve of the top-down raglan baby sweater. My only problem is this: I'm supposed to knit the sleeves "to the desired length." I'm not really sure what that is. Can anyone give me any suggestions? The back of the sweater is 10.5 inches (27 cm) from the collar to the bottom; the circumfrence around the bottom is around 24 inches (61 cm). Any input on my tag board would be much appreciated.
