I've been having fun looking online for retro fonts and images. I'm designing bits and pieces for my so-far-imaginary Web site. I haven't done anything like this for over a year, so I'm a little rusty on Photoshop and Quark. As for learning a program like FrontPage, I can't find any English computer books. I went to an Eslite bookstore tonight after work, and couldn't find one computer book in English. There was one English knitting book, a crappy Women's Wear book from 1994 that had more of a 1974 look to it. So I bought a Taschen box set instead, with ten little books of pin-up girls and vintage cheesecake shots. Can other people manage to ever leave a bookstore empty-handed?
This is mostly a knitting blog.
Maximilian was born on Dec. 10, 2010, so for the time being, I'm busy with him while taking a leave of absence from school.
