Leftovers

Yay, there are a dozen lace knitters willing to swap leftover yarn! I'm cutting it off now. Thanks, everyone who responded.

I defended my comps this morning, so that's done. Done! I've never been so relieved. Next step: thesis proposal (which will be so much more fun).

Congratulations! I hope you enjoy the period between comps and thesis! It's a brief window but it holds great knitting potential, I think.

Woo hoo! I'm working on my thesis proposal, too, and so far it's MUCH more fun.

Hooray on defended comps! :) Good news indeed.

I'm loving all the lace you've been knitting up lately. You've inspired me to pick up a few lacey UFOs...

Congratulations, Alison, on completing Academic Hurdle Number 52! It's never-ending, yet I prefer to see it as many, many reasons to celebrate with beer and knitting.

Congrats on defending your comps! I'm a long-time lurker on your blog, and have suggested you for a meme - don't do it if you don't want to!
